Let Us Help You Set Up And/Or Grow Your Business

Option A: $1,000.00

*Designed for clients starting a new business and needs assistance with ensuring everything is set up correctly.

Included-

1: Strategy session to discuss business plans, current and future needs. Provide consultation and guidance to protect assets and limit liability. (One Session included; more can be scheduled if needed for a fee).

2: Determine appropriate business structure (LLC, Corporation, or Sole Proprietorship, based on needs and goals).

3: Register business name/ LLC formation.

4: Drafting initial formation documents and any contracts needed for employees or potential clients/customers. (2 Contracts – client contract, independent contractor agreement, employee agreement).

Option A1: $500

1: Strategy session to discuss business plans, current and future needs. Provide consultation and guidance to protect assets and limit liability. (One Session included, more can be scheduled if needed for a fee).

2: Determine appropriate business structure (LLC, Corporation, or Sole Proprietorship, based on needs and goals).

3: Register business name/ LLC formation.

Option B: Pay initial $2,000 retainer

(Once the retainer is exhausted hourly billing.)

*Built for clients who have an established business but are looking for an evaluation of their business to ensure compliance and identify new, potential legal risks.

Included-

1: Immediate access to legal counsel to review current contracts, assess potential liabilities and risks.

2: Drafting and/or revise contracts. Participate in negotiation process with potential clients or customers to protect business interest.

3: Assist with employee contracts, termination, etc.

4: Demand letter drafting and coordination for outstanding client bills.

(If $2000 is not being used, we will reevaluate attorney fee).

Option C: $3,000 initial retainer

(After retainer is exhausted, hourly billing each month going forward).

*Established businesses who want to have continuous access to attorney for legal needs by paying retainer for continual legal services.

Included-

1: Immediate access to legal counsel which can help avoid costly lawsuits, and operations running smoothly.

2: Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.

3: Demand letter drafting and coordination for outstanding client bills.

4: Attorney knowledge to make informed strategic decision

5: Representation in litigation cases involving breach of contract, and collections (up to obtaining a judgment for collection cases).
