One of the first questions our clients ask concerns how much Rimrock Law charges for their legal services. Unlike some law firms, we do not charge by the hour for personal injury cases nor do we require any money upfront to retain our services. When you work with Rimrock Law Firm you never have to worry about hidden fees, consultation costs, or down payments of any kind. That’s our promise to you and your family.

Contingency Fee Structure

Our attorneys proudly work for what is known as a “contingency fee.” Put simply, a contingency fee means that Rimrock Law Firm doesn’t get paid unless you do. If we are unable to bring your injury claim to a satisfactory settlement, then you won’t owe us a dime in attorney fees.

Litigation Fees

If the at-fault party’s insurance refuses to negotiate in good faith, then your Advocate attorney will likely be forced to file a lawsuit on your behalf. To offset the additional costs and complexity of the litigation process, Rimrock Law may increase its basic contingency fee. Luckily, the vast majority of cases Rimrock Law accepts rarely go before a judge and jury, instead settling out-of-court. The chances your case will have to go to trial are rather slim.
